What we have is a very convenient overnight parking very close to Battlefield Park a Civil War park from the Battle of Bull Run. Asphalt parking spot for up to 30 foot unit(s). It has a 50 amp power and 110v pole. I can hook up a water hose if you’d like. No dumping. Reasonable amounts of trash. I’m working on something for outside controlled fire. This gig is brand new for me, so if you come over, your giving me advice will be welcome. The first two pictures are from the property. The other four are google pic’s of a some of the Battlefield areas. This parking spot is on asphalt. It is part of the driveway at my house. It is a very convenient location to a lot of things in the area. Power pole is very close to the parking spot. 50 amp. or 110v. Whichever you prefer. Maybe both but I’ve never tried both at the same time before… if that works you're welcome to use both. We are extremely close to Battlefield National Park. Manassas, Gainesville and Haymarket are the primary towns nearby. All roughly 6 or 7 miles from us. This is new to us so forgive the learning curve. Once it stops raining for a few days and dries up I will add a small fenced off area to give you some privacy and a picnic table. I anticipate adding other amenities as I figure out what I am doing. The electric power is included. So is a reasonable amount of standard (grocery/paper items, that type of thing) trash. There is no sewer hookup. In decent weather I could hook up a standard hose to the water system if you’d like. It is well water. All 3 of my kids who are grown and moved out say it tastes great. They claim they won’t drink the city water without filtering because they grew up on better water. We have hens and will gladly sell you some fresh eggs if you’d like. The exact number depends on how much they produce just prior to your arrival. Usually 10 to 20 a day depending upon the weather. I’ll figure out a price soon. The computer system asked how many vehicles allowed. I said one, but I envision that as one continuous chain of vehicles. If two vehicles, one is powered and one towed I’ll count that as one.
