A beautiful 40 acre property in the alpine region with a cleared site. Beautiful bushland, a large dam for recreation use, tracks for walking and a great place for mountain bike riding. Watch the stars at night without the interference of any city or town lights and enjoy the feeling of letting go of stress on this unique property. We are situated 800 mtrs down a well-made dirt road off the Mansfield/Whitfield Road. Only a 30 min drive to some of the most renowned wineries and food regions in Victoria. Or a 25 minute drive to Mansfield, which has great shopping, or yummy places to go to eat and drink. For Winter months, skiing is close by as well! Please contact us if you are a fly fisherperson our dam is well stocked with trout but only for use on request and with an extra cost, a great place for a fly fishing club (catch & release). Easy access for all vehicles/vans/trailers. Flat area. No power or toilet so campers must have everything and leave no trace.

I loved staying at Alpine Breeze, Kim is s a great host, he got us firewood and bins. We enjoyed the dam and some kayaking. It’s a very peaceful spot. A little pricey for similar hip camps I have stayed but maybe that was due to the Australia long weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Billabong. Kim was very helpful and he had firewood waiting at our site for us. The site was lovely and clean with good amenities.

We had a lovely few days away. Kim's hospitality & property made it easy. Large site with good access & beautiful outlook over the water, fire drum with hotplate & plenty of wood, water if needed & pet friendly. 5⭐

Kim was lovely, he met us at the gate and escorted us up to the site, he was very accommodating, offering to bring us more fire wood if we felt we needed it. The site amenities were great a simple chair and table and a fantastic raised firepit with hot plates. The dam is big enough for a paddle & swim but the billabong isn’t suitable for either, we stayed at the billabong site up on the hill where we received a refreshing breeze off the dam most of the time. We BYO’d our own loo so we were quite happy to just chill on the hill when not exploring the area. We highly recommend Kim’s property
