There are three different campsites available, perfect for a memorable outdoor getaway. Choose between two inviting tent sites or an accommodating RV site, all set against the backdrop of breathtaking Vermont vistas. No hookups are available for the RV site. We can only accommodate vehicles up to 20ft in length. No large RVs/trailers. Whether you're travelling with your loved ones or furry companions, rest assured that our property is both pet-friendly and family-friendly. It's the ideal setting to create cherished memories with your nearest and dearest. Unwind and reconnect by gathering around a crackling campfire as you share stories under the starlit sky – campfires are absolutely permitted here! Beyond the property, a short few miles away is the Village of Woodstock. Woodstock brands itself around skiing, multi-seasoned outdoor activities, and lots of mountain biking trails. Camping Overlooking Historic Barn

Accessible level spot on top of plowed drive near barn. Beautiful spot and so peaceful! Snowshoed on the trails in woods, accessed from our spot! Even X~Country skied the rolling property. Lina was very kind and helpful.

Camping Overlooking Historic Barn

This is my 3rd year camping on Lina's wonderful property in Woodstock. She's an attentive and friendly host who goes the extra mile to make sure my stay is going well. The property itself offers great privacy and fantastic views. I look forward to my next visit!

Incredible Host Came to the Rescue

I can’t say enough good things about the host. She responded quickly, was super accommodating, and overall a pleasure to rent the spot from. They even showed up at 10 pm to pull my campervan out of a ditch when I struggled to drive with rear wheel drive. Absolutely recommend!!!

Great stay minutes away from Woodstock. We loved the wooden chairs & solar lights. Lina was available for any questions that we had. Would definitely stay again!
