We live on 52 wooded acres in a natural area surrounded by lakes and ponds just 14 miles north of Montpelier VT. We are located on the Green Mountain Gravel Growler bike packing trail and have lots of hiking , biking, boating and swimming opportunities nearby. Our amenity's include a bath house with two flush toilets and a hot shower! We also now have a washer and dryer available for our campers. We have one 30 amp RV site with full hook ups and 4 tent/small RV non electric sites. We are 100% solar powered and have good WIFI but no cell service. We cater to small quiet groups who can enjoy our peaceful setting. If your are bike packing and our sites are booked just text or stop in we will accommodate you. We are a family friendly, non smoking campground. We are open early May till late October. Pets on leashes are OK. Quiet time is all the time :~). 12 and under free, no Generators.

Shady Hammock site 4

Great location, biking & hiking trails nearby. Jon & Ann have gone above and beyond with attention to detail. Hot shower, restrooms, laundry plus each site has a shelter, picnic table, fire ring, and countertop with sink. We haven’t experienced this level of commitment at most campsites. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Garden View site 2

At Jon and Ann's campsite, my family thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of fall in Vermont. The campsite was convenient, offering clean toilets, hot shower, Wi-Fi, and electricity. We are grateful for Ann's kindness and look forward to returning in the future.

Meadow Site 5

Absolutely love staying at Jon and Ann’s Hipcamp. They’ve laid out the sites very well, we particularly like Meadow Site 5 with the babbling brook, apple tree, and plenty of privacy. The whole property has excellent amenities as well!

Great site! Jon and Ann were super nice and responsive. Good hot shower, pretty landscape, nice sites. Stopped on a bike tour (gravel growler) and it was great!

Special place

We felt so happy camping at Jon & Ann's campground. Gorgeous views, great gravel biking right from the driveway, and the facilities they provide made for a very comfortable camping stay - beautiful and clean bathhouse, solar powered light, water and outdoor sink at the campsite, clear communication. Eco-conscious, serene and beautiful environment.
