Purple Cow Camping 1
A cozy welcoming farm!
Philip and his family were exceptionally generous hosts and had the camp sites prepped and ready in spite of the unexpected snowfall just a couple days before hand. We would certainly camp out there again to enjoy northern Vermont!

Great experience.
The site is perfect, and Philip and his family are warm and welcoming. Great experience.

We booked an RV/tentsite. If you just need a place to be for the night, this was alright, but honestly a bit less than advertised. Phillip did warn us that the road would be muddy, which was fine for our 4WD, and that he would be out that weekend. However, maybe the camp was affected by the floods
and rain from earlier in the year? We had our pick of the sites, but there was some wood pallet debris to maneuver around, and much of the actual camp was muddy so we didn't stick around during the day. Honestly the price was a little expensive for what it was, but maybe once debris is cleared from the first couple platform tentsites, would be nice to stay. In the middle there was a clearing with a fire pit and some chairs, so once the mud dries up it would be nice.

Fall camping on the farm
Phillip went out of his way to accommodate us. Even sent us pictures of several spots for us to choose from to make sure our camper van would be level. Greeted us immediately upon arrival and had a social campfire going for all to enjoy. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
