I loved camping here at the Museum. I was there during the week a few times and it was quiet and peaceful. The restroom was clean and there was water available by outdoor hose. Would definitely stay again!!

The museum was easy to find as there was signage throughout the area and the sites were clearly labeled which was helpful because we arrived after hours. We got there just in time to see a beautiful sunset over the surrounding fields and mountains. The sunrise was also incredible above the misty cow pastures. Staff was friendly and the surrounding area has a great deal to explore. Will definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Old Stone House village. The Amish farmers riding their carriages by made it seem like we were back in the day of Alexander Twilight! Yea - we saw a few side-by-side atv's but not a big deal like one review complained about. They were regular people getting about town - not local yahoos tearing up the roads. We highly recommend this quaint little historic village.

It was a cute little spot with 3 sites spaced out just enough. Beautiful grounds to walk around and a field full of cows behind you for a great country setting. Few visitors during the day but after 4pm not a sole around. Not a lot of shade so would plan to have some cover on a hot day. But for the price definitely worth every penny!

Very peaceful stay in a gorgeous area of Vermont. If you’re a remote worker, the WiFi is a bonus! The official historic facilities are closed Mondays and Tuesdays so it’s extra peaceful those days. Staff were very kind.
