Located on pristine land. Champlain Lake Champlain is located 1 mile from property. Beautiful surrounding area. We are located approximately 10 miles from Burlington, Vermont. Many walking trails for your enjoyment. Smugglers Notch is within 15 miles, great hiking trails avail! We offer many amenities!Property is located in Milton, VT- just 19 miles from Burlington, Vt. We have open land; first come first serve. We are centrally located near Lake Champlain and Smugglers Notch. An ideal place for the outdoor enthusiast. It is a beautiful piece of property in Vermont that you will fall in love with.

Beautiful Cabin Getaway!
Absolutely lovely stay!!! The cabin is nicely secluded and you have a great view of the woods - we stayed in the fall and the leaves were spectacular! The wood stove heats the cabin very well & makes it a cozy stay. Michele was very communicative and helpful, and even met us to guide us down the road as it was getting a little rainy. Good if you have a sturdy car as the road is not paved (we don’t have 4 wheel drive and were fine, but it did get muddy in the rain). The compost toilet is nice and has a light inside. We didn’t have service in the cabin and we brought our own water & lanterns. The town of Milton has limited food options, so I’d bring your own food or eat in Burlington. A truly delightful stay, and perfect for a romantic getaway!

This spot was simply amazing. Lovely and clean little cabin with beautiful windows. Quiet, peaceful and one of a kind. Michele was really accommodating as we rolled in late and she guided us there and took our stuff up with an atv. The walk would have not been an issue though. It's close to everything and far way from it all. Very cool. Really comfortable. Beautiful deck with chairs perfect for star gazing and a gas grill.

Great spot in a pasture. Nice cabin with bed and table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck as sun set, moon rose, and stars started to come out. Heard coyotes yipping, some geese, roosters, bull in farm nearby. Thanks Michelle
