Our property has been in my family since 1901. It spent most of its duration as a dairy and organic vegetable farm. The last 3yrs we have been dabbling in certified organic hemp flower and vegetables.

Leaning Barn VT is a 385 acre farm nestled in a valley along the Baldwin Creek river in between Starksboro and New Haven. We have 385 acres, swimming, mountains, trails, fresh air.
Bristol Falls swimming hole is less than a mile down the rd. There are plenty of trails to hike around here including the Bristol Cliffs trail. The Long Trail is accessible with a 10-15 min drive to the top of Lincoln Gap or Buels Gore in South Starksboro. Lots of swimming holes as well as ski resorts close by. Mad River Glenn and Sugarbush are a 20 min drive, 60 min to Stowe Ski Resort. Check us out on Instagram!
