There is ample parking to accommodate any vehicle. Nestled in the heart of the northeast kingdom. This site offers a super clean porta-potty. Fire pit, trash and recycle bins, and the utmost in privacy and seclusion. Located in the Connecticut river valley and close to many nearby attractions. Come and relax and enjoy your stay.

It was a great location for our needs. Everything was as pictured- not glancing but more enjoyable than a campground. We enjoyed a fire and appreciated the firewood. The shelter was perfect as it unexpectedly rained overnight. Certainly would stay again!

Green Mountain Win!
A comfortable, clean, private, accommodating place to lay your head. Great campfire area! We loved being close to the Connecticut river for kayaking and Mount Washington for hiking & swimming. Maidstone lake has a nice beach area just up the road too! The small town offerings of Lancaster & Littleton were a bonus. Thank you guys! We will return.

Solid Roof with a Beautiful View
Loved this little shelter! We were on a road trip and needed last minute accommodations, and this was the perfect spot outside of Mt. Washington. The property has a beautiful view of the sunset and we got to see some amazing stars! It ended up down pouring through the night so we were thankful for the roof over our tent. No leaks! As a bonus there was a citronella candle and bug spray which was very helpful, since the mosquitoes were relentless.
