Learn more about this land: Welcome to Grateful Acres Vermont, a 420 friendly, Grateful Dead inspired camping destination in the heart of the Green Mountains. We have space available for tents, campers, and trailers. Kayaks available to rent for use at the reservoir located just up the road. WE ARE NOT A COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE, just a family with some land in Vermont that we would.like to share. PLEASE OBSERVE THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT

Mars Hotel Tent
We loved our stay at the Mars Hotel tent! It was so peaceful to watch the clouds roll by and the birds flit about. I found mornings surprisingly quiet and was happy to listen to the Barred owl couple find each other across the valley. Stephanie and family take great care of the property and their thoughtfulness shows. Stephanie was quick to respond to any questions. We look forward to our next stay at Grateful Acres.

The site was so beautiful and well kept. The outhouse was very convenient and clean. Stephanie’s instructions were very clear and communication was great. I have no complaints. I will be back again!

Very well maintained and very friendly host! We tent camped, the camp site was beautiful and clean. I can’t say enough how clean the portapot was.

Moonage Daydream
The stars were all out during our stay.! We could even see the Milky Way the night was so clear. Stephanie is a great host! Grateful Acres is surrounded by a beautiful VT landscape and the sunset was magical!!

Sunshine Cabin
So peaceful and quiet. Stephanie is a fantastic host. Sunshine cabin has all you need and a gorgeous view right out the front door.
