Our property is nestled in the foothills of the Mad River Valley, close to the headwaters of the river. The property is composed of wetlands, agricultural meadows, old apple trees, and hardwood forest with 700 feet of elevation. All structures on the property are solar-powered and a rainwater system feeds the sink in the outdoor kitchen. There are a handful of individual camp sites available in the spring, summer and fall, as well as a communal outdoor kitchen with lighting, a fire pit, a stone pizza oven and a sitting/yoga deck. We also offer more of a "glamping" experience in our 14 ft yurt, which comfortably sleeps 2-3 people with wood stove heat and a solar battery for lighting. We love sharing this space with others and offering a rustic forest getaway.

Hemlock Campsite

Gorgeous camp site. Slept so well to the babbling brook. My dog was so happy to be there and had a blast running through the different terrains!

Perfect Mad River Valley Camping

What a sweet tenting spot – the location couldn't be better, right on a small stream and next to a waterfall that trickles all night. The outdoor kitchen is excellent. It has all the basics including a gas grill, a basic washing setup. It's covered, which means you can make your morning coffee away from the morning dew. The location is in the middle of everything in the Mad River Valley: Close to Warren, a short drive to Waitsfield and the legendary Mehuron's Supermarket.

Hemlock Campsite

Camping in the Hemlock Site was stunning! A serene & remote setting in the woods with the constant background music of a running stream, this was the perfect camping escape :)

Owl's Perch Cabin

Beautiful!

What a little magical place in the mountains of Vermont. The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need in it. The views were my favorite part. The location was close to everything we needed. We recommend staying here!

Creekside Yurt

Perfect spot to escape.

We absolutely loved our time in the Yurt. The property as a whole is absolutely stunning. You can see the love and care that has gone into everything - everywhere you turn there is a thoughtful detail. The outdoor kitchen is a huge bonus, and overall it was such a great place to spend time. The location is so convenient, and Laura and her sister were so helpful and accommodating both before and during our stay. We hope to return soon!
