Burke Line Farm is located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We are a working horse farm. Lessons and trail rides are offered 7 days a week by appointment. Please call 802-535-7722 to speak with our wrangler. Along with the horses we have sheep and lambs for market and wool. Our land is relatively flat with many trails for riding or walking. A short drive will bring you to Willoughby Lake, Kingdom Trails, and Burke Mt. We will Be Closing for the season on the 14th of November 2024. We had a great season and looking forward to seeing you all again in the spring of 2025.

Stunning views + dog friendly
Burke Line Farm is an absolute dream! Cheryle is a fantastic host, along with all the wonderful animals that live on the property. Fresh eggs, free firewood and lots of fields and woods for our pup to explore. Short drive to Kingdom Trails and Lake Willoughby. We can't wait to go back!

Coyote Cabin
Peaceful property, stellar host
It was such a beautiful and peaceful property with some walking trails behind the cabin. There is a personal fire pit and picnic table as well as communal, cooking areas and a communal fire pit. The outhouse was clean and easy to access. The host Cheryle was incredible. My car was in a bad situation and she was so helpful and made sure that I was OK throughout the ordeal. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Fantastic camping space tucked into the trees and views out into the fields. Easy ~15min drive to the major KT parking areas. Cheryle was super helpful. Thank you for sharing your wonderful slice of the NEK with us!

White Tail Cabin
Cheryl and her land are absolutely beautiful. My cabin was simple , clean and exactly what I needed. How great to have a pavilion to cook with stoves already set up with gas and solar lights!! I plan to use white tail as a regular stay 💕

White Tail Cabin
Highly recommend! 💚
We came in the dark, but it was still easy to find our cabin. The cabin is very clean, dry and cozy. Outdoors kitchen is available with tables, chairs, gas stoves etc. Fire wood is provided for free. The area is huge and beautiful. The hosts are extremely friendly and nice people.
