Off Grid eco oriented camp on 1200 acres overlooking Zion National Park. Owned and operated by Bill Wright, a rancher whose family has farmed and ranched the land for several generations. A few minutes from Zion’s backcountry trails in the Kolob Terrace Region and approx. 40 minutes to the main gate of Zion NP. Bill Wright is the father of the legendary "Wright Brothers" the family of Professional Rodeo Saddle Bronc riders. You will often see Bill tending the land and moving cattle and horses from your campsite. This off the grid ranch has some of the most stunning views you'll ever encounter. Want a little adventure during your stay? Reserve a 2-hour horseback ride with Bill. He'll finish your ride with one of the most breathtaking vistas you can find of Zion National Park. Our property features many spaced out sites to choose from with bathrooms onsite. Pets and campfires are also allowed.The Wright family has owned these 1,200 acres for 150+ years. Lovely place to stay
We made the treck at night and were still able to make it up the steep hills in our 25ft camper. I second the host comment on its not about the vehicle but rather the driver of the vehicle. Once you get up the hill it is sort of unclear which way to go but the porter potty was the hint we needed to go left. We ended up being the only ones at the very beginning of the trail so it seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves. We woke up to beautiful views and cow bells (what more can you ask for). The cows came in for a closer view mid morning and i gotta say it was the cutest greeting team I've ever seen. I highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a night or two away from the busy camping and rv sites.

AMAZING CAMPING!
This campsite was amazing! We pretty much had the place to ourselves, and had the best time. The views are actually insane, and we already are planning on coming back next year. Thank you for providing this gorgeous campground for us!

Large open space great views from all angels,not far from zion only about a 20 min drive. Woke up to dear in my camp site thought it was cute but lucky i had no food out so i suggest dont leave open food out but that's a typical rule when camping out. i will definitely be coming back to this spot next time around

Gorgeous Serenity
Enjoyed our stay here so much! The views, the quiet, the peacefulness, omg. Sunset was absolutely gorgeous. Heard some coyotes in the distance at night but didn’t see any. Porta-potties were clean. Snowed early morning, so we had to leave before getting stuck out there in the mud, but even the snow was beautiful out there.

Camping under the stars
Very beautiful sunset and sunrise views are amazing. Cattle just roaming around. Very secluded and peaceful. Brought my dogs and they loved it.

Beautiful Zion experience.
It is a very secluded property in an area not visited by tourists. The road to the camping area is mostly a clay road and during the time we went it was beautiful weather. So I think if it rains please plan accordingly because the road could be a bit difficult to access. However once we arrived to the campsite it was alot of land so you can choose anywhere. There was another camper near the entrance however you got plenty of space in between. Please do know if going during the colder months the winds are strong and the cold is fierce. We dropped into the 20s and the winds rocked our campervan. So I highly recommend blankets or clothing items to keep you warm. The sky's when clear gave us a view of the stars and the morning was gorgeous with sunrise. I highly recommend to camp here.
