Off Grid eco oriented camp on 1200 acres overlooking Zion National Park. Owned and operated by Bill Wright, a rancher whose family has farmed and ranched the land for several generations. A few minutes from Zion’s backcountry trails in the Kolob Terrace Region and approx. 40 minutes to the main gate of Zion NP. Bill Wright is the father of the legendary "Wright Brothers" the family of Professional Rodeo Saddle Bronc riders. You will often see Bill tending the land and moving cattle and horses from your campsite. This off the grid ranch has some of the most stunning views you'll ever encounter. Want a little adventure during your stay? Reserve a 2-hour horseback ride with Bill. He'll finish your ride with one of the most breathtaking vistas you can find of Zion National Park. Our property features many spaced out sites to choose from with bathrooms onsite. Pets and campfires are also allowed.The Wright family has owned these 1,200 acres for 150+ years. We are now offering our open, best kept secret, avoid-the-crowds eco campsites to the public. Camp overlooking Zion National Park! Beautiful Zion experience.
It is a very secluded property in an area not visited by tourists. The road to the camping area is mostly a clay road and during the time we went it was beautiful weather. So I think if it rains please plan accordingly because the road could be a bit difficult to access. However once we arrived to the campsite it was alot of land so you can choose anywhere. There was another camper near the entrance however you got plenty of space in between. Please do know if going during the colder months the winds are strong and the cold is fierce. We dropped into the 20s and the winds rocked our campervan. So I highly recommend blankets or clothing items to keep you warm. The sky's when clear gave us a view of the stars and the morning was gorgeous with sunrise. I highly recommend to camp here.

Unforgettable and amazing
This was maybe the best campground we’ve visited across the world. Plenty of space so you’re not camped right next to anyone, clean port o potties with plenty of TP, great fire rings, and spectacular views, stars, and sunsets. The road was a piece of cake on a clear day (I’ve definitely driven scarier roads), and we have a pretty standard SUV. The directions from the host were easy to follow to reach the campground. Absolutely wonderful and unforgettable experience!

A little hard to get to and the road can be a little rough but overall the views were beautiful and we had our own fire pit.

Beautiful, peaceful spot
Beautiful secluded spot. Don’t let the reviews fool you with the drive. I have an extended expedition pulling a 32 foot trailer and as long as it’s not storming you should be able to do this. We even left after a huge storm and everything was fine when we left besides a couple of puddles. Very enjoyable and peaceful.
