Sunrise campground
Beautiful campsite! Friendly host, beautiful horse and friendly dogs! Really enjoyed our stay. Will say google maps took us a weird way to the campsite I suggest staying on the main roads until close to the campground

Great site! Beautiful location and the sites are setup nicely with a picnic table and chairs. Super close to monument valley, really convenient and easy to find. Bathrooms are basic but are very clean and stocked!

Sunrise campground
Very beautiful, I recommend doing the hike before sunrise, (to the right hand side of the monument when your looking at it) it’s an amazing view

Really great spot and experience!
I really enjoyed camping here not only because Celia was so sweet and easy to work with. It also because she have great instructions on how to get there but also because of the location which is for me unbeatable. The hotel location would have been great I’m sure but it’s so touristy that the experience is a bit watered down. I read other reviews before booking but I also take them with a grain of salt. I anticipated bare necessities camping and that’s pretty much what you get. But the soft sand made for more comfortable camping and I’m also very used to bare necessities or primitive camping so this was a little bit of treat. My pup enjoyed playing with the other dogs as well as trying to steal the horses watermelon. The hike out to the view was also a really great treat that we enjoyed both at sunset and at sunrise. The early wake up was so worth it!
