Home located 5 minutes away from all things Provo canyon and Sundance resort. A driveway space available to host an RV, trailer, or 5th wheel. On a 1/3 acre lot, the secluded back yard will be your home base for all you adventures.
Take some time to relax by the portable fireplace or in the 6 person hot tub. Lounge in the shade in our beach lounger. Enjoy a picnic on the patio furniture. Unwind playing from Bocci ball or badminton. Read a book in a hammock.

Come set up home base with incredibly easy access to all the Orem/Provo attractions as well as everything up Provo canyon.
Hiking, fishing, cycling, rock climbing, scenic drives, reservoir, kayaking, and more are just 5-10 minutes from this home base. Or, if you are just looking for a nice secluded spot to get away in a quiet neighborhood, come on by. There's a hot tub, fire pit, summertime patio set, Bocci ball, and badminton.
This is a 45'x16' driveway site in a suburban neighborhood near Provo Canyon and Sundance resort. The driveway can accommodate one long RV or long fifth wheel. You may have to park your truck on the street, but the trailer should fit easily. This included backyard has plenty of space for a tent or two. It is a completely fenced and secluded yard that is pet friendly. Contains a portable fireplace for an evening campfire, and a hot tub usable for up to six people.
