Very nice piece of land that I purchased and think a lot of people can enjoy it as we do. Please take care of the land and leave no garbage so we can all enjoy a very long time. 25 mins from Newcastle reservoir, 40 minutes from Cedar City. Great location for hiking, 4 wheeling, fishing, and hunting. I have a 50x50 yard section that is cleared out for drive in of vehicles and RV parking.
