Living in this beautiful town on this breathtaking property nestled between 3 national parks and infinite public land and sharing it with awesome people like you...........! I’m living my dream.
After stumbling into Kanab 5 years ago (en route to Montana) I noticed immediately my soul was home. This place embraced me in a way I cannot describe in words. Two years ago I sold everything, this property came up for sale. My requirements for were as follows: several acres for my horse friends, hiking trails from the back door, a kick butt view, few neighbors, a resident bird of prey (we have a bald eagle and a Kestrel!), and a really unique place to live in (we live in the loft attached to the garage). This place had it all. After getting a message from a roadrunner (seriously) I went to the real estate office and bought the place. We made renovations to the house (and of course we are always working on renovations! A few months later we had our first guest.
