Only 15 minutes from St. George with easy access off highway 18. We are 10 degrees on average cooler than St. George. Park your RV under one of our trees in a cool shady spot. Only 5 minutes from Snow Canyon, 10 minutes to Baker Reservoir, 25 minutes to Pine Valley, & only 20 minutes to Gunlock ReservoirPark under any of the trees with a great view of the Pine Valley Mountain. Close to reservoirs & Snow Canyon & only 15 minutes from St. George. Easy access off highway 18 and plenty of room to maneuver trailers. We are within walking distance of the Red Mountain Trail Head & other fun trails. You will be on the side of the property we rarely use. We do not have any hookups so your RV must be self contained.
