Our family property is full of history and has been passed down our family line for generations. We are building upon its foundation to grow a thriving homestead for our family and a retreat for our guests. Our garden is fed by the town's Spring and we have little rivers running through the property once a week which is quite a sight! Our little farm is full of goats, pigs, sheep, ducks, dogs, cats, and chickens! We are happy to show the animals to guests interested in seeing them. You have to see our view of the stars at night! We love to share this homesteading lifestyle with others and love the traveling lifestyle as well after traveling for three years in our RV as a family. We have four children and provide a family-friendly and safe environment for our guests. Our property offers 30 amp electrical hookups. Since we have tons of animals we can not host any dogs at this time. Quiet times are from 10pm-7amThis site is located at the center of our homestead in Fayette, Utah. You can simply pull into our driveway off of 110 South, hookup your electric, and enjoy a night at the farm. You are also welcome to swim at our town Spring a couple of blocks from us!

RV Parking W/ 30Amp Hookup
Unique Stop for Families & Electric
For a unique, rural / small town stop that is great for families and/or if you need electric hook up, this place is worth a visit. Marissa & her family were incredibly hospitable. They took the time to show us her family/hobby farm. A mix of chickens, goats, pigs and sheep, and their super nice pup, Copper, greeted us at our arrival. The nearby swimming hole was an hidden oasis! With a rope swing and crystal clear cold water, this was such a great relief from summer heat. Great for all ages, my kids (4 & 6) loved it! There is a playground across the street. A fun mix of new and older equipment that was nostalgic. Very clean and safe. Note: Though it wasn’t a problem for us, this site is a simple parking pad behind the hosts home, with not much immediate space privacy. Marissa and her family were so gracious & respectful. My kids enjoyed playing with their kids and they were delightful and respectful.
