Lots of wildlife stay on the property year round. We maintain feeders for wildlife to be enjoyed. If your quite and still you may get a glimpse of the spectacular wildlife.Site 1 RV spot is 25’x50’ with full hook up and WiFi. Water, electricity ( 50amp) and sewer provided. Texas skyline view included. Long term available.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Beautiful night sky. Maybe a little leveling of the site but that, honestly, is just nit picking. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfy Shelter from the Cold

The trailer was perfect for my needs and I was able to access the internet which proved useful. I got a lot of reading and writing done at the kitchen booth. Coffee pot worked great as did the microwave and small fridge. I enjoyed my walk on the property, but a map to give me some idea of how far I could go and where the pond and other features were located would have helped. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked well, which was important on these cold 2 days.
