Are you a bare bones traveler just looking for a welcoming place to lay your tired head? Well look no further. This tiny wooden teardrop trailer is basically an electric tent on wheels. It currently does not come with an AC, but the doors easy detach if you'd like to sleep with the night's breeze. This teardrop is tiny but clean. It's hardly been used and located just 8 minutes from downtown Austin. You share the backyard with a few other quiet minimalist living in a tiny house. Small grill (like tiny cheap grill), cooler, and bike available upon request. Please give me an idea of the amenities that you need. With enough consecutive days booked and enough notice, I can purchase a new AC and get my bicycles ready.

Eastside Tiny Teardrop

Erica’s tiny house is clean, comfortable and safe. Comes with everything you need in terms of indoor comfort (full bed, kitchen, bathroom, AC) and the outdoor shower is ✨ divine! ✨ She’s an incredible and friendly host with immaculate vibes. Also the location is so walkable for coffee shop/convenience store needs and only a 10 min drive to downtown. You won’t regret this step above glamping, especially if you get to spend time with Erica’s adorable sidekick pup 🐶
