We're situated just outside Trenton on 55 acres of gently sloping terrain featuring a wide creek and expansive grounds beyond the Big Oak, perfect for exploration. Enjoy stunning sunsets, a clear view of the night sky, the tranquil sounds of the creek, and occasional visits from deer, all contributing to a peaceful retreat. Our property is evolving as we create manicured groves and open pastures for both our farm animals and guests. During rainy spells, expect some mud and occasional sightings of heavy equipment or tractors. Our livestock rotate between our two properties, so they may not always be here at The PARK at Brushy Creek. If you don't see them here, you're welcome to visit our other property across the road with the big green gate. Currently, there is no electricity or Wi-Fi on the property. Lighting is provided by solar power or batteries. Tent sites have access to a water spigot, and there's a Port-o-let nearby. This is rural country living; our neighbors' livestock and dogs may make sounds like bleating, barking, oinking, mooing, neighing, squealing, whinnying, braying, or whining at any time of day or night. We are conveniently located one hour north of Dallas Fort Worth, just 30 minutes from McKinney, Sherman, or Greenville, and within 10 miles of Leonard, Whitewright, and Bonham. Trenton is only five miles away. Several lakes are nearby including Lake Bonham, Lake Texoma, and the new Bois' d Arc Lake. Creek Side Campsites

First time using Hipcamp and Steffenie land is awesome. Set up my tent in a very secluded and was amazed on how clear the skies were for star gazing being in close proximity to cities like McKinney. Steffenie and her husband are great hosts and made sure I had everything I needed during arrival. When I mentioned I’m just gonna sit back n make a steak I was provided Oak wood so I could use that for flavor. Can’t beat that hospitality!!! Def be back!!!

Site 1: Oak View

This place was awesome! There are fossils all along the creek. The vibe lighting was so nice both outside and inside the tent. The amenities were great! We made smores with the complimentary ingredients the hosts provided. The hosts were very helpful during our stay as well and assisted us by lending us an icebox and a couple of other things. The pigs and goats come running when they see new people so be sure to take some time to tell them hi. Very dog friendly.

Site 1: Oak View

My family and I had a wonderful time at Steffenie’s camp site! The tent was big and clean and Steffenie had everything there that we might have needed- cooking utensils, garbage bags, even board games to play. As others mentioned- she provided s’mores supplies as soon as we got there- which was a hit with the kids! We brought our two dogs, too. They loved getting to hang out by the two pigs all day. There was a creek a short walk away and since it was dry, we could walk along the creek and it was quite the adventure. Would definitely go back!

Had a great time Glamping here. Beautiful site with great amenities, comfortable sleeping arrangement, super cozy vibes and best of all amazing stargazing! Would definitely recommend checking out this spot for your weekend get away. Also Stefanie was super sweet and very accommodating host.

Steffenie was great! She met us at the top of the drive and took us down to the sight! She had a whole set up for when we arrived! The sight was great our dogs loved being able to roam the field and even see some farm animals while we were there.
