The Oasis Retreat

This land is located in El Indio, Texas. It is in the Rio Grande Valley. It has roots with the Native American tribe, the Kickapoo from the Great Lakes Area. They were brought here to take care of the violent Apache Tribe and so they did. The reservation is 10 minutes from our grounds. Here we have found many Native American relics on the property and her history whispers through the winds at night. We set aside, The Oasis Retreat, for those who want to get away from it all and connect one again with nature, themselves, etc. we do have camping sites that we offer to Boy and Girl Scouts as well as traveling campers who want to experience this Rio Grande treasure. My husband and I bought this place to as a part of my husband dream of a working farm and mine, as a retreat area. Thus our name: Double M Ranch and Farms with The Oasis Retreat areas on site. This is a family friendly place and children of all ages are welcome!
