Welcome to The Labyrinth, where nature and relaxation converge on the banks of the serene Nueces River. Nestled within 3 acres of tranquil surroundings, this idyllic retreat offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As you unwind amidst the beauty of our natural setting, you'll have the opportunity to observe the local wildlife, including deer, birds, and other creatures that call our property home. With expansive views of the night sky, stargazers will be treated to a breathtaking display of stars and constellations, making for an unforgettable celestial experience. For those seeking recreation, our property features a covered pickleball court, providing the perfect opportunity for friendly competition and outdoor fun. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, pickleball is sure to add an extra element of enjoyment to your stay at The Labyrinth. The court is shared with guest of the cottage. To access the property, pull in the first gate to circle around and pull through, when you exit, you can pull straight out through the gate in front of you. Throughout your stay, please use the second gate to come and go in order to minimize intrusion on guest at the cottage. You can leave the gate open. Please use local wood and confirm with Edwards County as to whether there is a fire ban or not. You have your private patio overlooking the river and there is a firepit there, River Cliff Trail. You have your private designated area, but there could be guest at the cottage and the river is not private. Please respect the neighbors by observing quite times from 10 pm - 10 am. Also, the river is yours to roam, but venturing very far off the river might be trespassing, unless of course, you are on the Labyrinth. You do not have access to the cottage yard area. Whether your idea of relaxation involves active pursuits or simply soaking in the beauty of nature, you'll find it all here at The Labyrinth. We invite you to join us for a rejuvenating retreat amidst the splendor of the Nueces River. This site is ready for anything and can be enjoyed by many different people of different interests. You can enjoy a game of pickleball, sitting in the river, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, exploring (careful to not cross any fences and the saying goes, if your feet aren't wet, then you are trespassing). You might be sharing the property with guests of the cottage listed on Airbnb. You have your private riverview spot and firepit. Please be mindful of the neighbors, but enjoy what nature has to show off.
