Small Acreage (23 Acres) High Dessert Property. Beautiful views and an amazing night sky. Completely primitive, there are great camping spots right off the road. However, if you prefer - we have several great camping spots just a short hike away.About Us
Overlook ranch has fantastic views. It’s located on a culdesac that over looks the entire valley. I share the culdesac with two other neighbors that may or may to be onsite during your stay. However, you can camp right off from the road in a designated area or pitch a tent wherever you find a spot on the property. Terrain is rocky (very) and steep in some areas. However for tent camping I recommend two areas - At the top, just below the fire pit is a nice dirt area for tent camping. If you enjoy hiking, there are several trails down to the valley and you can set up your tent down below. Please note there is no fire pit at the bottom of the hill.
What you can do:
You can hike, mountain bike, or just sit and enjoy the scenery. At night the sky lights up with the most amazing stars. Bring a telescope or borrow one of ours.
Fineprint:
The property is still very new to us and we are slowly building amenities. No electricity or septic. There is a rain catch system and limited water. We don’t permit dumping - septic or other.
Campers must sign a release of liability before accessing property.
