Primitive camping, hiking, and nature watching make for a great adventure on this 50 acre farm located in Floresville, Texas. Each visit includes firewood to end the day with a fire under the stars. Opportunities to kayak the San Antonio River and explore the Camino Real Hike and Bike Trail are close by!Read full description for special weekend offer! Set your tent under the majestic Live Oak Tree. Hike the Picosa Creek Bottom to see amazing scenery and elevation changes. Watch wildlife from an observation blind and just relax and enjoy nature! Build a fire and look at the stars. Book on the weekend and get a free ATV tour! Nearby attractions include the following: Mission Rancho De Las Cabras; Camino Real Hike and Bike Trail; Pecan Park; San Antonio River Park (paddling trails); Historic Downtown Floresville; Sisters Boutique. EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing!! Tony was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. The overall experience was exceptional, it’s like having your own private forest with countless spots to explore and relax. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway 😁👍👍

Great Family Spot
Perfect site for primitive camping with the kids. Loved having the place to ourselves and the freedom to run, play, and explore. Tony was a great host. He said we could camp anywhere but we chose a spot near the fire ring which has flat areas perfect for tents. We will be back!

Whole group had a blast camping here, got to see some cows as well as watch turkeys feed in the morning. Definitely will have to come back again.

Great place
Anthony was extremely helpful and made sure I had plenty of firewood for the night. The area was very nice and felt very secluded which is exactly what I want in a camping trip. That paired with abundant wildlife and friendly cows made the trip very memorable. I look forward to coming back one day, hopefully soon.

This place was great it was nice and secluded and Tony was very accommodating. It's a great place if you want to get away from everything, and have plenty of space to yourself. The deer feeder that is nearby, scared the crap out of me at first 😄, but was really neat to see the turkeys and deer come feed from it. Plenty of places to go hiking, and it was a short jog in town if I needed to go grab something. Would totally recommend this place to anyone.
