#1 Birdhouse Cabin
The amenities are a nice feature to the property.
Upon arrival, we got to this property two hours early. We were traveling from San Antonio and did not want to catch mid-noon traffic on interstate 35. We called the property and spoke to Stacy. I informed her that we had a prior reservation and arrived early. The communication I encountered with Stacy was so unprofessional. I had not received an email about my reservation other than a confirmation email through hip camp. The email included the directions to the property and which camp site we would be at. I tried to relay those details to Stacy and she was very rude and condescending towards the information I was giving her. She mentioned I had to wait until 3:30 p.m. to check in, which was fine on our end but she made the transaction feel very unwelcoming. She hung up on me before I can ask about further instructions about checking in such as the email that would give me the code to get in to the camp site. I never got the final email about details to check in. I called back at 2:45 p.m. and spoke with another person who helped us out more generously. Please do better with your customer service.

The experience was awesome! Nothing beats listening to the rain while you sleep. Definitely will be coming back!
