Located in oak trail shores community in Granbury this small lot is a perfect getaway with low phone service to get away from the fast pace city.       The owner was exceptionally friendly on the phone. But, advertisement is misleading. This is a single lot surrounded by other houses in a small neighborhood. Expect strange looks from locals if you set up a tent. Further, the grass was unkempt—over 3.5 feet tall—so don’t drive onto the land. My car had to be towed to get out. There was broken glass/liquor bottles on the site and there was little privacy from Neihbor’s to ‘do your business’. I won’t be coming again; but, the owner was quite nice, and it was very cheap.

      Great; roosters present.
      Great stay, nothing fancy just a good spot to sleep. Only issue I had were the roosters getting to a calling contest at 3 am but that’s just how it goes sometimes.

      Super affordaboe place! Only problem is that the neighborhood has dogs barking and rooster cawing randomly during the night and day.

      Samuel was really nice and responsive via the app. Unfortunately we did not actually make it to the spot (totally our fault - not his) but he was understating and very cool about it! Certainly will stop by next we’re in the area.
