Tent
No showers and is 7-8 ft from his backdoor. Beautiful area and land just not clear up to date info

Mixed feelings

Listing is inaccurate
Although the property was kind of messy and not well-maintained (old grills and a toilet on the lawn for example) that didn’t really bother me. However, I was disappointed that the listing says there are showers and a toilet but there are none available. I asked and Mike told me I could use the bathroom next door. He was referring to the bar across the busy highway- less than ideal. The space to camp in was fairly close to the house and not very private. Overall I won’t complain because it was inexpensive, but I wouldn’t have booked if the listing was correct regarding amenities.

Group trip
There is extensive trash and debris covering the property. The terrain is gouged and uneven. This is not a suitable location for camping. It is an unsafe environment for dogs or kids.
