Working hobby farm with 35 ft deep stocked pond,, catch bass catfish or perch . Feed goats, chickens or horses. Nice secluded pasture land with accessible living room area tv/guest WiFi, half bathroom, kitchen, baby room. Owner lives upstairs. Gorgeous view .. you cook what you catch or catch /release. Bring your tent 4 sleeping or Rv ( only hookups are electricity by house. Have a large generator for camping by pond if you supply gas. Use of the home is not for sleeping but for daytime use until 10 pm .. downstairs bathroom available 24/7.We are a secluded private homestead with 12 acres of accessible private land and a 1/2 acre 35 foot deep fully stocked pond, the pond has bass, catfish and blue gills. Feel free to cook what you catch or catch and release.
Electricity is off the porch of the house but camping by the pond is also available .

Added guests (such as reunions, family/ friend get togethers , Cub Scout or Girl Scout camping, Jeep or car camping, or weddings accepted for an additional fee, please see management for details .
Guests may use the half bath downstairs in the game room 24/7 which includes a workout room with weights & machines. It also has a tv and leather sofas for lounging. Please use the outside entrance marked Hopz -N - Skootz on the left side of the main house. There is also a mini fridge and microwave in the game room.
Another half bath is located in the horse trailer in the middle of the property.
Private Portable shower will be provided at your request.
