Mike has an absolutely amazing location it feels very secluded but is within easy striking distance of all the fun to be had nearby at the rivers and water parks. His place is full of birds of all kinds and is so so quiet and peaceful at night. The private lane has almost zero traffic and is very secure. Our 21 foot travel trailer was maybe on the larger side for the spot but we managed to squeeze in. Maybe someone better at backing up than me could fit a foot or two more 😅 but really don’t let that stop you from grabbing up this spot! Mike is also a welcoming and great guy he really keeps his place up and has chickens that make some absolutely delicious eggs!! He made us feel right at home on his land.

This was a wonderful place to hook up our pop-up. Convenient location while still being somewhat remote. Close enough to New Braunfels and Gruene to enjoy the attractions.
