This brand-new tiny home is the perfect getaway for 1 or 2 guests with all the conveniences of a getaway. Living room with high ceilings, custom-built kitchen, eat-in space & full bathroom with tiled shower! Walk out the sliding glass door to the side deck; WiFi & Smart TV are offered and window treatments will maintain privacy. When you are ready to go to sleep, head up the ladder to the unique sleeping loft (watch your head – the ceiling is low) with a cozy queen bed. Guadalupe River frontage at a riverfront deck, charcoal grill, and outdoor seating for two at a pop-up table with peaks of the river below. Corn hole game provided and kayak rentals are available for an exciting getaway to nature. The cabin also works perfectly for an individual wanting to get away to nature and solitude. Property fenced to maintain privacy from neighboring guests.This tiny cabin is brand new, unique and perfect for you to take a break in year-round comfort with nature surrounding you. Just a short walk to the river or to fun outdoor games. Close to fun activities the Texas Hill Country has to offer. One night stays are ok for a quick escape from the bustle of daily life! This tiny home is a gem! Cute and comfy, just a small walk from the river and a short drive from Gruene. We really had a great time!
