Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University,  the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service),  and plenty of magnificent restaurants.  There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city. There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided.  Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill),  and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

50 amp RV Mockingbird site
Regena was an amazing host and one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. We arrived to the site much later than we expected, but Regena still was able to greet us as we arrived well after dark. The property was clean and well maintained, with lots of room for our one year old to run around in the grass. The picnic area was nice and shaded. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be returning next time we’re in the area. Thank you Regena!

Extremely nice host!
Regena is one of the nicest and most down to earth ladies you will meet in all of Texas! She was there to meet us at the gate and helped us get set up. She was excited to hear we were taking our 3 yr old to the Waco Mammoth National Monument and she had a tiny mammoth toy for him. He was super excited! Lots of stars can be seen from her place and she treated us like family. It was very comforting to have a friendly neighbor while we were far from home. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Thank you Regena!

Regena was a great host - she checked in on us a couple of times because she knew we were new campers. We had access to most of the property and were able to use the pond for fishing and the kids had plenty of space to run around and play. A great, private spot!

Good Experience
Loved camping with our little pop-up trailer. Our host Regena learned our names and talked with us daily even giving us a list of things to do nearby.

Loved staying on regenas land. She was very welcoming when we got there and even showed us around the property and her home. The site was jus perfect for us, our kids and our dogs. She left us with a sweet thank you note for our stay with every one of our names and dogs. If we are ever back in waco we definitely know where to stay.
