Welcome to our quiet and beautiful piece of land in the middle of Texas Blackland Prairie. We are located 5 minutes from the San Marcos River and all the tubing businesses galore! Our property sits in the middle of farms with a great view of the open sky. It's a great place to kick back and relax with plenty of privacy. If you plan to stay over the weekend you're welcome to take the quick three mile drive to downtown Martindale and enjoy free live music hosted by the local river cafe. There's also an awesome taco spot a mile down the road. If you're curious about the surrounding towns and want to explore, we are 3 miles to Martindale, 6 miles to San Marcos, 14 miles to Lockhart, 23 miles to New Braunfels, 23 miles to Wimberley, and 30 miles to Austin. Texas Hill Country is your oyster!
