Beautiful camping along the Brazos river. Restrooms on site as well as outdoor shower. Power and water access but not at tent sites. Priority is given to musicians, volunteers, and their family/friends on Hippie Hoedown weekend. If this spot fills up, there is plenty of room to camp at Creekside and Riverside- walking distance. Please check in with someone when you arrive before you set up camp.Grassy area with trees- might be kind of tight on Hippie Hoedown weekend but we're all friends here! Please help us fit as many tents as possible. You may unload at the top of the hill and pack in/out from there- golf cart may be available to help. Parking is near entry gate. Creekside and Riverside campgrounds are walking distance and have more space if you feel like you need it. Sunshine Spot is mainly for musicians and volunteers on HH weekend. We will leave a path so people can get down to the river to launch kayaks. Set up tents by the bathhouse and to the far right of the property. Just ask when you arrive and please send your approximate tent size when you book.

Beautiful Camp Spot

The best camping and kayaking spot in the whole area. The hosts were amazing, the sunshine camp spots are literally several feet from the river, and the music nights are so much fun! Our mini vacation was a perfect balance of relaxation and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy

Very beautiful surroundings right on the Brazos River! The accommodations are top-notch and the hosts are always looking out for their guests' comfort and safety. I have stayed here many times and will continue to visit. You also gotta go try out Brazos Rock Camp & Kayak for your next river adventure! It's great for young and old, new and experienced kayakers!
