Beautiful Copano Bay waterfront single site with privacy fence and full RV hookups. Definitely more of a glamping experience with level pull through concrete pad with lots of space for setting up your site, fishing, kayaking and enjoying the cool sea breeze right on the water. Picnic table on site and 2 kayaks available for guest to use with easy access in and out of bay. Outdoor shower, grill and fish cleaning station on property. Lots of gorgeous sunsets and fishing off the pier. High speed internet is included. Minutes drive into Rockport. Get away from the crowded RV parks and come enjoy a relaxing, fun and private getaway on the bay. *RV is not included. **Max RV or Fifthwheel lenght is 40ft and Max travel trailer lenght for easy and safe access to property is 35ft. A wonderfull place to stay. Do not worry, if you forgot it, they have backup gear for you. All you need is a rod and reel, bait and they have everything else. I will say it hard to drive in with a class A motorhome.

A true gem!
We absolutely loved it! It was so peaceful and private. It is so nice and well kept. We enjoyed it so much we booked our next stay already. Also Roxy is a wonderful host. She was so kind when we had to push the trip due to bad weather and she is very responsive - her customer service is top notch! All I can say is that two days were not enough, but we will be back! Thank you for sharing your gem with us!

This place was amazing ! Such a cute spot and they have everything you need ! We have 3 dogs and were able to let them run around without any worries. My kids caught so many crabs and fish. Literally the best spot ever ! Oh and the most beautiful sunsets every night !

BayRock Retreat on Copano Bay
Was a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. There were dolphins, ducks, crabs and fishing from the pier was really nice.
