Davy Crockett and James K. Polk both campaigned here, speaking on a hilltop, while Nathan Bedford Forrest and his 3,000 cavalry troopers camped here while fleeing from the Battle of Ft Donelson. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on our property, including fishing, hiking, and boating. If you have a horse, bring it along and explore the farm on horseback. We can accommodate up to 3 horses, and provide stalls but please bring your own feed. There is an additional cost of $35 per horse. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your horse(s). Our property is located near a beautiful lakeside, offering a serene and peaceful setting for all our guests to enjoy.
