This secluded spot on a private drive is a perfect little getaway location. You have lake view and lake access by foot. Vehicle will be parked on the 25 ft stretch of grass pad above the campsite. Fire pit is on premise and ready for use with a walking trail to the water. Kayaks are available for rental to navigate Cherokee Lake. Trees surround you full of wild rabbits, birds and squirrels. Chipmunks visit as well, and you might get a fox passing through. Down at the water about 50 ft from your site you have the availability to fish, wade in the water, Kayak, or sit and watch the ducks, geese, turtles and more. This is a private drive so please respect other tenants on other sites who have come to enjoy seclusion and serenity during their stay. We are in a rural area about 22 minutes from main town. However, there are three restaurants, the best Blue Bell ice cream parlor, a grocery store and post office all within 8 minutes. We are 12 minutes from one of the best Disc Golf courses, 25 minutes from Parks/trails/waterfalls, and only about an hour from major tourist sites in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg/ Knoxville/Bristol Speedway. You will have solitude during your stay but opportunities for communication and aid from host is available. Beautiful site by the lake!
What a beautiful spot right by the lake! Shaylens communication was wonderful and we absolutely loved this site, my niece has d a blast paddle boarding by the campsite too. we’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely recommend this place to anyone! The view was perfect. Not only that when we needed something we had fast responses and the people were extremely nice. we will be coming back!

What a wonderful surprise!
Honda element and a paddle boards were the perfect accessories here. This was the perfect location. Very secluded and private. Heard a voice or two a time or two but didnt see anyone else the whole time there. you have your own private corner/nook of the property and it feels like its all yours. Easy/Private access to Lake Cherokee and an oasis for paddle boarders or if you just love a great swimming hole! Your shaded by trees and comforted by a nice breeze but of course nature is still around. plenty of birds to fill the sound waves around and some bugs/mosquitos but nothing to write home about, its camping. Shaylen was a gracious host and a great communicator. I look forward to the next time out!

This was our first time tent camping as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We had so much fun cooking over the fire.

Showed up at this site and it was just so sweet how welcoming the host was. They left a lil table with essentials like bug spray, candles, water, lighter and kindlin. The lake water was above normal levels so the host let me go to their lil platform with level land to water. The pups enjoyed ball fetching in the lake, and i enjoyed the whole camping experience here. I highly recommend this place for time away from a busy life. Thank you Shaylen for opening ur land up to hipcampers like me. Ill definately be back.
