This is a river lot in a gated community. Our camper is also on this lot but we have a spot in front of our camper with sewer and electrical and water hookups. There is a bath house available across the street with showers and toilets. Only available between Memorial day and Labor Day. You will have access to our private dock that is right on the channel of the Tennessee river. There is a boat ramp in the community. You have to bring your trailer and truck back to the campsite when you’re done unloading. You can also tie your boat to our dock if the water allows it.Our camper is located on this site, but there is extra parking in front of our camper on paved Drive. There are sewer, hook ups and electrical hook ups the electrical hook ups you do have to walk up some steps to get to because it’s a flood zones our box is high. There’s a bathhouse within walking distance that’s only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It has some bathrooms and a couple of showers. There is a private boat ramp in the community you do have to bring your truck and trailer back to our site when done unloading but you can dock the boat at our private dock. If the water allows it. No loud music it’s a gated HOA community. We have several friends down there. We just decided we would share our beautiful view of the river with other fellow campers. This is not a space for a party. This is a place to come and relax.
