We have 15 acres located in unincorporated Hilham, TN. Dry Mill Creeks runs behind our property, and after a good rain it’s a nice creek to explore. We are working on the natural spring on our property to have even more of a water feature! My husband and I turned a 12X20 shed into an adorable tiny home, equipped with so many comforts- including heating and cooling, running water, washing machine, shower, toilet, WiFi and a smart TV. If someone is wanting to test out tiny living, our home is the best place to try! We are also 1.5 hours either direction of Nashville or Knoxville. We are 15 minutes outside of the city of Livingston which offers the standard amenities including grocery stores, a cute town square, and places to eat. Wednesday through Friday you can always stop in and check out Mayhue Masters General store for some BBQ, supplies, and snacks located right at the top of Turkeytown Rd. PLEASE READ: The driveway to the cabin is steep and gravel. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended but not necessary. We suggest you arrive with daylight in mind, the road in is very dark at night. We ask that our guests please provide their own bedding and towels, if you cannot, the cabin lines are available for an additional $20 fee. There are free roaming dogs in the area. Mostly they stay away. Some come for a visit and are harmless, feel free to tell them to “go home” If you are bringing your dog with you, be mindful of this, as we are not responsible for your dogs interactions with others.Entire tiny home to yourself located on 15 heavily wooded acres. Equipped with so many features, like air and heat units, running water, shower, toilet and kitchen. On demand hot water. Smart TV, WiFi, queen bed with a pull out double chair for additional sleeping space. Fire pit with seating, cozy front porch, and a separate shed with a washing machine also available! If washing machine is needed, please message for instructions. TO BE NOTED The driveway is a bit steep and gravel. Small cars navigate it well, just be mindful of heavy rains, snow or ice as it will be difficult. 4 wheel drive is always recommended. We are not responsible for weather conditions and will not honor refunds due to weather. We also ask that you please provide your own bedding and towels. If you cannot, there are linens to be provided at a charge of $20. There are free roaming dogs in the neighborhood. Please be mindful of this. Sometimes they bark. We cannot control that and are not responsible for barking dogs. If a dog comes to visit and you don’t want them there, just tell them to go home. It’s a wonderful place to escape to, but still have the creature comforts like home! Dale Hallow Lake is nearby, as well as Standing Stone State Park, Cummins Falls and burgess falls, lots of places to explore! We are also located 1.5 either direction of Nashville or Knoxville, the terrain is hilly.

A charming escape to the woods!
My husband and I loved every moment of our getaway to the woods! The property is secluded and tucked away below the main road, offering a lot solitude. The neighborhood dogs came for a visit, and each one was very sweet, begging for pets. Making coffee early in the morning and watching the mist sweep through the trees was so beautiful... definitely a memory we'll always remember! We couldn't have asked for a better stay! (the kitchen is complete with ALL the essentials, one of the most stocked places we've seen!)

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the cabin and the surrounding land. Our dog loved it too! I remember driving down the driveway, literally down, and being so excited to see our secluded valley-like hideaway in the woods. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were good and super pet-friendly. Cute decor! Also the neighbors were very nice. We’ll be back and will recommend it to everyone!

Couldn’t ask for a better host than Randi! Great setting. Very nice little house. Would recommend a grill for cooking. Would definitely stay there again!
