Property is in a slough of the Hiawassee River with seasonal water (mid-April through October). Fenced half acre lot. It includes water spigot and electrical hook-up and will accommodate a pop-up, camper van or small RV. The gate is about 13’ wide and you have to make a near 90 degree turn to enter. Each site has a 12x16’ deck with pergola and string lights. A 6’ table, two Adirondack chairs, and a hammock are provided for your convenience. you will need to bring your own water hose. It’s a short walk down to the water where it is easy to launch a canoe, kayak, or paddle board.
