On single family property, in farming community with cows nearby. Privately enjoy all 2.6 acres, with view of the surrounding mountains. Sequatchie Valley is between two long ridges of mountains. There are views everywhere you drive. $168/week or $540/monthThe gravel pad is 13 ft wide and 40+ feet long but it starts to slope at about 30 ft. You are free to use any part of the property but be aware that the fence around the cows is electric. The cows belong to the neighbor. I am away until February so you will have the whole place to yourself unless I tell you otherwise when booking. February through May 1 the property is shared. The property is maintained 2 hours each week. $112 per week and $360 per month.

Gravel Pad

A good experience

I had a good experience at this Hipcamp. This was my first Hipcamp experience. I arrived after dark and left before sunrise. In between I slept very well. Susan was surprised when I arrived. Said she didn’t get a notification of my booking. Still she greeted me, was very friendly and gave me a quick overview. Description is accurate. I would stay here again.

We had a change of plans, so actually didn’t end up staying here. The host was great to work with though, so would definitely recommend it!
