Beautiful property! Only feedback would be trash removal. The trash cans quickly filled up with only half of the cabins and sites full, with no removal over our 3 days. Otherwise, great spot!

Beautiful, quiet getaway spot
Phenomenal location— private, quiet, beautiful creek/river area, still reasonably close to attractions and activities. Communal fire pit, friendly tiny-house guests. WiFi was pretty good too, which is helpful because we didn’t get good phone service (AT&T/Cricket). I also recommend nearby Foxfire Mountain as a fun place for families (our kids are too little for zip line but loved the playground).

What a Beautiful place to camp!! We thank Andrew and Mariah for their help in coordinating 2 sites for us and our family member to camp. The fire pit, shelter and the river, along with the view of the mountains made our visit complete! We will most definitely stay there again when we visit our family in Sevierville!! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful spot!

Andrews land was not what we expected, it exceeded all our expectations. Quite, clean and beautiful views. It was close to everything and had absolutely no problem get to this location. We had 4 dogs and they loved it as well with plenty of space. We stayed an extra night and Andrew was prompt in answering questions and accommodating us one extra night! Stayed Sept 24-28 2024

This was a beautiful spot to camp. It was very quiet and clean with pretty surroundings. Everything was laid out nicely and was a little cheaper than other places nearby. Having trash available on site would have been a nice bonus! The bridge coming onto the property did not have a weight limit - we are a 43' fifth wheel (truck weighs about 8k and trailer 20k). We made it across :). The roads nearby are pretty, country Tennessee roads, but do feel a little narrow/bumpy with a large rig (our 5th wheel and bed of the truck almost hit on one hill which has happened occasionally in our 3 years of full-timing). Overall, a great stay & we would recommend to others!
