Eads Bluff Farm Group Site

Views were awesome - nothing like the clear night sky and amazing stars. Was a great boondocking night in our little RV, and a wonderful [feeezing] morning. Dogs had a blast exploring the huge fields and woods. Owners were awesome at helping our poor lost souls to find our way in the dark to the site. Great experience. 👍

Mountains were very pretty, but camp was not private at all. I knew camping here that it was possible we’d be near other campers, but I didn’t realize how close they would be right next to us. I also didn’t know we’d essentially be camping in someone’s front yard. Somewhere down the mountain, what sounded like a dog pound, had dogs barking and howling all night long. Definitely wasn’t this Hipcamp’s fault at all, just something to be aware of if you’re sleeping in a tent and are potentially a light sleeper - the land was very loud and echos through the hills! We got some firewood from the Hipcamp and it burned great - we had a nice time around the fire. I think this would be the perfect spot for families if they’re looking for a first-time “primitive” camping spot. Host was very kind and texted me before my arrival, ensuring I had directions and every thing I needed for the evening.

The place had a great view to wake up to! Plenty of space to camp away from other people. The dogs screaming down the hill were a bit much, but they didn’t do it all night.

Perfect Quiet Spot

Fantastic place to camp. No amenities, but that isn’t what you would go for. There are great sunset and sunrise views. The sky is also dark enough to do some stargazing. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out. The host is helpful and the property is easy to find. It’s a quiet, relaxing place to camp and I would recommend it to anyone.
