Learn more about this land: Come and camp at a farm that was featured on “Homestead Rescue” on Discovery Channel! We provide a primitive creekside campground deep into the Smokey Mountains next to a big beautiful mountain stream. It is located on an actual working homestead and offers a country store and restaurant. Breakfast is available on Saturdays and Sundays along with a kids menu. We also have an amazing waterwheel to relax by, We have no cell service to distract you from your experience.. P.S. Gatlinburg is only about an hour away. Please note: We have trading days on the 2nd Saturday of every month. We do feature LIVE BANDS at the store on at least one Saturday a month ! On those weekends the price will reflect the entertainment cost increase of $5.00 a night. We have booked three genres Bluegrass, Classic Southern Rock, Americana and Country. Plan a relaxing but entertaining weekend with your significant other in advance.  If for any reason the entertainment is canceled, we will happily refund the extra cost.

Loved it!!
We absolutely loved our stay! Wonderful host, the provided table, chairs and grill were appreciated, although the store and restaurant were closed for the season we were able to use the restrooms which were a huge added bonus, and the camping spot itself was beautiful. We can’t decide which part was our favorite- either falling asleep in the hammock to the sound of the creek, the fire pit that we kept burning each night with wood on-site to purchase, or waking up in the morning to the sound of the creek that was just a few steps away from our tent. We can’t wait to come back.

Truly magical
This place is truly magical! We stayed at site 4 and had friends at site 3. We used site 4 as our communal space. The whole time we were there, we kept talking about planning a trip to come back. Eating at the restaurant and listening to live music at the Labor Day celebration was a highlight. We were lucky to catch the restaurant on their last weekend open for the season. Talking with Anne and Ricky was also a pleasure - they are such kind and generous people. This is an experience like none other and I couldn’t recommend more!

We had to take a long gravel road to Annies. Once we got there Annie greeted us with a warm welcome. We pitched a tent for a couple days by the creek. They had a table, chairs and firewood at the campsite for us when we arrived. We also got some eggs and were able to do our laundry. Annies store has plenty of provisions to purchase. On our last day we ate breakfast at Annies and it was so delicious. We would recommend this place to everyone! Ten thumbs up. We cant wait to visit again.

A lovely stop for me and my son
Annie’s property was clean and set up with some unexpected luxuries like a grill and table and two camping chairs. The sound of the creek was a very lovely sound machine! Only downside was the occasional car going by through the night.
