No utilities so plan accordingly. There are 5+ tent sites and hiking trails on the property, Also a creek. comes with tent setup on platform in picture. Also comes with Propane and stove for cooking with pots/utensils, has 10 gallons with pump top water, Solar panel with charger/lights. There's a RV spot by the creek to back in. Can drive to camping sites directly or parking spots. Nice gravel road on property for use. Compost pottys off grid. its located up on the mountain.
