Open Creekside Camping
Would visit again!
We absolutely loved our stay! Our tent site was spacious and right on the creek and close to the park boundary - our boys loved the freedom to explore. Great location and thoughtful amenities for tent camping.

Creek Side RV (10 in total)
Peace, tranquility and the views!
We absolutely loved our six day. Stay at Horse Creek Ranch RV Resort! It was so peaceful and the creek lulled us to sleep after hot long days being “tourist.” Great little restaurant/bar right on site With a lovely couple that runs it, be sure to stop in at Horse Creek Trading Post. Also very close to Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Needles Highway, Deadwood etc. Hope to be back next year!!

Creekside RV
Beautiful, full service site
This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Sites were well kept and flat. Not too close together. We put a 27 ft toy hauler on a site with electric, water and sewer. Right across from us were the bathrooms, showers and a coin-op laundry. Only two sets of machines but we were able to get ours done without a problem. The View was spectacular. Lots of trails and walkways through the adjoining National Forest. There is a bar and cafe with a gift shop up top. Had a wonderful chat with the bartender who told us all about the history of the area. Be aware of two things. 1st; We had no phone service or Internet whatsoever. We logged on to the Resort Wi-Fi which had a strong signal but everything locked up with buffering. Maybe too many people using it? Don't know but don't count on connectivity unless you bring it yourself. 2nd; if you come in on 385 from Hill City, you will crest rest a hill at 55 mph and there it will be! No advanced warning of a driveway or sign for the business until you're there. Never quite got used to that. Now think about pulling out with a 30-foot camper. We never had a problem but it is an extremely dangerous situation. Not sure why the state or County does it have a sign for an approach there. Otherwise this is the top notch site. Would highly recommend.

Upper RV Site 5
Road Trip to Mt Rushmore
The property was spectacular for our RV. Garret gave us the option to park in the upper or lower site. We chose the lower and thoroughly enjoyed the meadow feel. We would camp there again.

Creekside RV Site
Perfect site for us
Great location. This camp is private and insulated from the main road. Our site was level along the creek with access to hiking trails. It is centrally located and we used as a base camp for exploring the area. I would certainly stay here again.
