Located in Piedmont, South Dakota, our campground is surrounded by the Black Hills! Whether you’re in South Dakota for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, visiting Mount Rushmore, or looking to reconnect with nature, we’re the perfect place to stay! We are home to the 46 Bar & Casino, and offer tent camping, RV camping, and have cabins all throughout our campground. Our RV spaces feature amenities such as full hookups (30- and 50-AMP), plus water, electricity, and sewer. Some of our on-site amenities are game machines and Wi-Fi. Located right off Interstate 90, there are many outdoor activities and nearby attractions for the whole family to enjoy – bicycling, hiking, and fishing to name a few! Or you can enjoy Rapid City and other nearby towns where there are many delicious restaurants, art galleries, national parks, and museums. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Rustic Cabin

I had a great stay! The host accommodated my late check in, and their instructions helped me get into the cabin without incident. I was impressed by how clean, comfortable, and well-constructed the unit was. Hardly a rustic cabin. It was a luxurious one-night stay, and I hope to return one day.

30 Amp FHU - Back In [ Max 40' ]

I was happy with these camp grounds because they were centrally located in between lots of the places we wanted to visit such as Wind Cave National Park, Custer State Park, Sturgis, and Keystone. It was also close to the Rapid City airport. The restaurant located in front was clean and had good food. It was a good experience.

Rustic Cabin

The cabin was perfect! It was temperature controlled with a bathroom a short distance away. The space was quaint and clean and complete with accommodations such as a coffee bar and small fridge and TV. We would definitely stay there again!

I loved the amenities and coziness of this location. I will definitely be back and will want to stay for more than a single night. The resort is beautiful and well thought out. The cabins are very clean.

Very clean tiny house and bathroom facilities. Only thing Hip camp has check in at 2pm . It is actually 3pm.
