Rosewood Farm and Agripark is my home. I honestly had about the most amazing childhood one could have on this very land! We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! I am so fortunate to be the daughter of two amazing parents, who had a dream to build a working farm from nothing more than a logging trail in the woods. They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! We have 200 acres of farmland that features rolling hills, multiple ponds, creeks, farm animals, show horses and countless wildlife viewing opportunities. Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Listen to the frogs croaking, crickets chirping and whipporwhills calling every evening under a magical blanket of stars. Take a guided horseback ride or nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark! For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a special historic Iron Horse miniature train and one mile of track has been purchased to go around the park! A greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! We have a rock wall, jumping pillow and many inflatables for the littles to enjoy too! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. While we are under heavy construction at the moment in some areas of the park, many amenities are currently available. Why not unplug from the daily grind and spend time with those that matter most? My goal is to make this land as magical for your family as it has been for mine! This is the first of 6 cabins to be built at Rosewood Farm and Agripark! It will ultimately be a check-in or "Rendezvous" station for all Hipcampers, but for now will be rented out until the other cabins are completed. It is a super cute cabin, nestled beside a small pond at the bottom of a hill. Trees surround the cabin and it is also on the the entrance road to our park. This cabin boasts all kinds of southern charm with its wood floors and simple rustic decor. We predominantly built the cabin with wood from our sawmill that came from our farm. It has a bathroom, shower, full size bed, 3 rack bunk beds, and a beautiful cedar counter! Fridge, coffee pot, toaster and electric cook skittle on the counter. Propane heat and electric a/c in cabin too! All linens included in rental.

Quiet getaways
Best host family! Cool property and neat cabin with live edge cabinets and top. Lot's of nifty little touches.my dalmatian loved it and the horses were soo close. He also waded onto the pond, he hates water. I laughed at him. In morning we had a heard of sheep cruising up the road!

Our family had a great time relaxing and enjoying the outdoors at the cabin. We had the opportunity to fish, kayak, visit the animals, and explore the trails. It was great way to disconnect from our busy lives and reconnect with each other!

A sweet place to rest and reflect.
This is a very special place, and I'm grateful Katie and her family are willing to share it with folks. The cabin is very cute and cozy, though I spent most of my time outside, listening to the soughing of the trees, chopping up some wood for the fire, gathering kindling, and introspecting. Lots of solitude and the horses to keep one company, and some friendly folks of the family passing by once in a while. There was some target practice going on up the hill for a bit. On the whole a beautiful, peaceful place. I recommend.

Best quick getaway trip EVER!
We had the most wonderful time on our 2 night stay! I came with my 2 kids, ages 10 & 12. My son wanted somewhere to fish, and my daughter wanted to see animals. This was the best of both worlds! My son caught 8 total (released), and one on his very first cast, within 5 minutes of arriving! It was quiet and peaceful. My kids kayaked, fished, my daughter and I made multiple trips to the barn to visit all the animals, and of course nighttime FirePit s’mores! Katie was very personable and responded quickly to all messages. My kids are already asking when they can come back! What a wonderful, quick getaway, to recharge the batteries ❤️. Would highly recommend! We did learn…take quick showers. Lol! You have 5 minutes of warm water, so be efficient. Beds are comfortable and AC kept the cabins a nice temperature. Everything was clean, and all I Had to bring was food. The rest was provided.

My husband and I loved our stay. The directions were clear and concise, we had no problem finding the cabin. The stars were beautiful at night. We enjoyed exploring the property, fishing, kayaking, and visiting with the animals. My husband caught the biggest bass he’s ever caught before in the pond next to the cabin! We cooked over the fire one night and used their hotpot and toaster oven the other. We also brought our Starlink, it worked great for anyone wondering about bringing theirs. I would recommend staying here and would definitely come back.
